Use Your Own Domain for Your Store

Want your customers to see mystore.com instead of stores.epaisay.com/your-store? Just follow these steps.

1. Step 1 — Add Your Domain
   In your store dashboard, enter your domain (example: example.com) in the Website URL field. Don’t type http:// or https://.
2. Step 2 — Update DNS
   At your domain registrar, add this record:

   Type: CNAME
   Name: www
   Value: stores.epaisay.com

   Then forward example.com → www.example.com. If you prefer, you can also point your domain to our server IP (contact support for this).
3. Step 3 — Verify
   From your dashboard, copy the verification record and add it in your domain’s DNS:

   Type: TXT
   Name: _epaisay-verify
   Value: <your-code>

   Then click Verify in your dashboard.
4. Step 4 — Secure with HTTPS
   Make sure your domain shows the 🔒 lock icon:
   • Use Cloudflare (easiest) — add your domain and turn on the orange cloud.
   • Or let ePaisay issue a free SSL certificate (automatic).
5. Step 5 — Wait & Test
   DNS changes may take up to 24 hours to work worldwide. After that, visit: https://yourdomain.com Still not working? Check DNS at dnschecker.org.
6. Step 6 — All Done 🎉
   Your store is now live at your domain!
